Acrylic Fire-Resistant Sealant is a single-component, water-based intumescent sealant that expands when temperatures exceed 120°C, helping to reduce heat transfer. Once dry, it forms a waterproof, elastic, weather-resistant layer. It contains no asbestos or halogens, adheres well to most building materials without the need for a primer, and can be painted once dry.
